David Alman, B.SC.

Chairman and Non-Exec. Director
Appointed November 2009

David brings extensive executive and board-level leadership across listed and private companies. He served as Managing Director of McPherson’s Limited from 1995 to 2009, following seven years as Managing Director of Cascade Group Limited. Earlier in his career, David held senior roles with Elders IXL Limited and Castlemaine Tooheys Limited. 

David holds a degree in engineering and has held senior responsibilities across production management, finance, and marketing, providing a broad operational and commercial perspective. 

David currently serves as Chairman of Catalyst Education Pty Ltd and Direct Couriers Group Pty Ltd.

Donna McMaster, GAICD

Non-Executive Director
Appointed March 2018

Donna has extensive experience in senior executive and strategic roles across public and private retail organisations. Her expertise spans brand development, product innovation, marketing, communications, and governance. 

She currently serves as Chair and Non-Executive Director of Dandenong Market Pty Ltd and is a member of its Audit and Risk Committee. Donna is also Deputy Chair and Executive Director of YMCA Services Pty Ltd, where she serves on the HR and Governance Committee. 

Donna brings strong consumer, brand, and people leadership capabilities to the Board.

Peter Landos, B.ECON., CA

Non-Executive Director
Appointed May 2014

Peter is the Chief Operating Officer of the Thorney Investment Group of Companies. Peter has extensive business and corporate experience specialising in advising boards and management in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, business restructurings and capital markets. 

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Adacel Technologies Limited, Chairman of PRT Company Limited (formerly Prime Media Group Limited), and a Non-Executive Director across entities within the 20 Cashews Pty Ltd group, including Australian Community Media and View Media Group. 

Peter provides strong financial, investment, and risk oversight to the Board.

Tom Stianos, B.APP.SC., FAICD

Non-Executive Director
Appointed October 2017

Tom has extensive experience as a non-executive director and senior executive of ASX-listed companies. He is currently Chairman of Soco Limited (ASX: SOC), Xref Limited (ASX: XF1), and Escient. 

Previously, Tom served as Chairman of Empired Limited, Non-Executive Director of Inabox Group, CEO of SMS Management & Technology, and Director of the Australian Information Industry Association. 

Tom brings deep expertise in governance, technology, and business transformation.
